WHY WE NEED TO EXPAND

Since opening our doors in 2021, Mariposa House Hospice has provided a home-like setting to more than 500 families – who have found peace, dignity, and compassionate care at life’s end. 

The expansion from six to ten beds at Mariposa House Hospice is crucial for our community.  It allows us to serve significantly more residents and families facing end-of-life journeys, reducing wait times and ensuring more people receive compassionate, specialized palliative care when they need it most.

WHY WE NEED TO EXPAND

The vision for our Capital Expansion Campaign is to proactively address the needs of our rapidly growing and aging population. By expanding to ten beds, we are ensuring sustainable, high-quality end-of-life care for more residents. This expansion will also include dedicated family areas and essential meeting rooms, fostering a supportive environment for our residents and their loved ones.
